Moving into a new office or remodeling in NYC? Let us take care of the planning, design details, and execution so you can focus on growing your business.

Our design process begins with a conversation to discuss your vision, budget, and scope. Your designer will then create initial concepts, mood boards, and photo-quality renderings of your new space. Our design package includes:
  • Beautiful idea boards to capture your vision
  • Concept boards with a list of items for your room
  • Stunning photo-quality renderings
  • A personalized, detailed shopping list with alternative options for each item (and below-retail pricing)
  • A floor plan with suggested layout
You can communicate with your designer via text message, email, and scheduled calls. It's a partnership. Your senior designer will report to you regularly, so you know that everything is staying on track. Unlike most services that restrict the number of revisions you can make, we’ll work with you until you’re excited about your design and iterate where required. Also unlike most designers, if you’re balancing keeping partners/colleagues informed or and existing contractors, your designer will work with them to get the job finished.
Absolutely! You have about two months to discuss any tweaks or finishing touches with your designer. We can also pause/resume service whenever necessary - if you need to temporarily pause service because your remodel requires it, perhaps they’re installing new floors, and would want to resume interior conversations afterwards (even several months), that’s okay! This is the length we’ve found to be ideal for customers designing stores, offices, etc.

If your design is inactive at the end of the subscription term, it will be marked complete, but you can always purchase an additional design package to continue working on it.
Yes! We can work with floor plans and provide life-like photo renders so you can visualize your space even if you're still in the building phase.
Of course! We can use placeholders if your exact furniture isn’t in our catalog. If you prefer to feature your specific items, just let us know, and we'll handle it. If you want new furniture, we have trade partnerships with dozens of brands and can get you special pricing on furniture.
No rush! Shop at your own pace, but keep in mind that products can sell out quickly. Shopping sooner rather than later will help keep your design fresh and on point.
Yes! Unlike other designers who limit designer interaction, your designer is available via messages, calls and visits to answer all your questions and assist you throughout the project.
Absolutely! We respect your budget and provide guidance on typical costs to help you make informed decisions. If your budget changes, just let your design lead know, and they’ll adjust recommendations and sourcing accordingly.
In addition to design services, we offer:
  • Furniture storage in climate-controlled units
  • Art buying and curation with access to top galleries and artists
  • An ongoing subscription to offer your personalized recommendations during the major seasons (winter, autumn, spring, summer) and holidays (choose 3).
We carefully select materials, furnishings, and decor items that align with your approved design, focusing on sustainability, quality, and cost-efficiency.
We’re flexible! Discuss your needs with your design lead, and we’ll tailor our services to provide the flexibility you require.
We offer multiple design concepts and revisions until you’re completely satisfied. The design process is flexible: we aim to provide initial concepts in under two weeks and offer ongoing support for up to two months. You’re free to use the eight weeks as needed, and we’ll support you every step of the way.
